Phil Riley has been immersed in construction for over 25 years, starting at a young age working alongside his family, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
His dedication to service extended beyond construction—Phil proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 13 years as a Military Police Officer (MP), stationed in Virginia and Dubai. His experience instilled discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence, qualities he brings to every project at Riley Contracting LLC.
Today, Phil combines his deep-rooted expertise in construction with his unwavering work ethic to deliver high-quality remodeling and home improvement services to his community.

U.S. Navy Military Police
Serving proudly in the U.S. Navy for 13 years as a Military Police Officer, Phil was stationed in Virginia and Dubai. This experience taught him discipline, leadership, precision, and a commitment to excellence that would shape his approach to contracting.

From Service to Contracting
After his military service, Phil returned to his roots in construction, combining the discipline and work ethic from his Navy years with his lifelong passion for building and remodeling.
