Phil Riley has been immersed in construction for over 25 years, starting at a young age working alongside his family, where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and attention to detail. His dedication to service extended beyond construction—Phil proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 13 years as a Military Police Officer (MP), stationed in Virginia and Dubai. His experience instilled discipline, leadership, and a commitment to excellence, qualities he brings to every project at Riley Contracting LLC. Today, Phil combines his deep-rooted expertise in construction with his unwavering work ethic to deliver high-quality remodeling and home improvement services to his community.
